Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited seeks a capable individual contributor to drive projects and strategic initiatives in line with senior management’s vision. You will coordinate with sponsors, cross-functional teams and business units to define scope, plan milestones, and deliver high-quality results.

You will proactively manage changes, identify risks, communicate with decision-makers, and continuously upskill with the latest tools and techniques to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to present data clearly.
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional departments, sponsors and business teams to identify, define, and structure projects.
• Ensure project milestones are high quality and delivered on time.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and communicate with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and challenges and communicate them promptly.
• Upskill continuously and adopt relevant tools and techniques in projects.
