Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited seeks a seasoned leader to design and drive leadership development and talent management initiatives. The role focuses on building a strong leadership pipeline, enhancing managerial effectiveness, and aligning interventions with business growth and transformation.

The candidate will collaborate with senior leadership, HR partners, and external faculty to deploy frameworks, coaching, and assessment tools, ensuring measurable impact on organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in HR, organisational psychology, management, behavioural sciences, or related discipline.
• Certifications in leadership coaching, psychometrics, executive development or change management are advantageous.
• Experience designing and deploying leadership development frameworks across managerial and senior levels.
• Experience with executive coaching, psychometrics and 360-degree feedback processes.
• Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive leadership development strategies aligned to business growth.
• Partner with business leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and implement solutions.
• Lead succession planning, talent acceleration programs and leadership transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, COE, external faculty, coaches and partners to deliver programs.
• Measure program impact and drive continuous improvement across leadership pipelines.
