Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited is seeking a Management Trainee / Senior Executive – HR Operations to provide end-to-end HR operations support across the employee lifecycle. You will be a key contact for employee HR queries, ensuring timely processes, accurate records and coordination with HR teams.

For Management Trainee, you will get structured exposure to core HR operations; for Senior Executive, you will independently manage assigned HR processes and employee support activities.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or Master’s in HR preferred.
• 0–3 years HR Operations/Shared Services experience or fresh MBA/HR.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills; comfort with HRMS/digital HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.
• Support on HR policies, processes, employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR teams to resolve employee requests within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate employee master data and ensure timely onboarding/offboarding.
• Assist in payroll-related data submissions and benefits coordination.
