Job summary

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities across international markets.
• Communicate professionally with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present suitable technology services and coordinate technical clarification where required.
• Conduct discovery calls, manage follow-ups and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Work toward assigned sales targets while following approved company policies and commercial standards.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and maintain accurate sales pipeline.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional IT, software, SaaS or digital-services sales experience.
• Strong spoken and written English suitable for international business communication.
• Practical understanding of websites, web applications, mobile apps, custom software, SaaS, CRM, AI solutions, automation, APIs, e-commerce, hosting and related IT services.
• Experience using CRM or sales-management systems.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment without breaching company policies or approved commercial terms.

Preferred

• Previous international B2B technology sales experience
• Experience selling custom software or digital transformation services
• Strong CRM discipline and documented sales performance

• Schedule: Full-time, shift-based. Shift assignment depends on operational coverage; office-based operations follow 8-hour shifts.
