Job summary

Programmers Venture seeks an experienced IT Business Developer to drive growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales in international markets. You will work with the management and technical teams to craft tailored software solutions and proposals.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, leveraging LinkedIn, email outreach, and Upwork, while maintaining a robust pipeline and pursuing target opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of IT business development, software sales, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development and IT services.
• Experience with B2B sales and international client acquisition.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
• Strong understanding of proposals, quotations, and sales processes.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Identify potential clients and businesses needing software development and IT solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients and prospects.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project scopes.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Research target markets, industries, competitors, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with management and technical teams to meet targets.
