Job summary

IODIGITAL is seeking a data-driven Performance Media Executive to plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms, translating client objectives into high-performance campaigns with robust measurement and reporting.

You will join a collaborative team and contribute to budgets, pacing, and strategy while staying ahead of platform updates and privacy shifts.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on paid media campaign management
Experience with Meta, Google, and performance metrics
Ability to build insights and present to clients
Familiarity with GA4 and Looker Studio

Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise toward ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximise efficiency
Build and refine audience segments, lookalikes, and retargeting pools; implement and QA pixels, conversion events, and tracking
Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages, and act on the results
Prepare clear performance reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, native platform reporting) with actionable insights
Collaborate with creative and account teams to brief, launch, and iterate on campaign assets
Support media planning, forecasting, and budget allocation for pitches and active accounts
Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, privacy shifts, and emerging channels
