Job summary

The Plum Tree Group is seeking a skilled Paid Ads Expert to own our digital advertising strategy and execution from Karachi. You will manage multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and drive ROI through data-driven decisions and innovative ad approaches.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on paid campaigns experience, strong analytics, and a track record of scaling ROAS. Collaboration with creative teams and reporting to stakeholders are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and achieve ROAS targets.
• Familiarity with remarketing, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
• Experience with marketing automation and AI-driven ad optimization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple networks.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA and optimize to hit KPIs.
• Manage ad budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
• Create A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Collaborate with creative teams on copy and visuals.
• Generate regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on trends, features, and best practices in PPC.
