Qualifications

• Min 4 years working experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in managing in-house performance marketing.
• Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and Ad Networks.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret metrics.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
• Up-to-date with online marketing trends and measurement.
• Experience generating reports with Google Data Studio is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyse data to identify the most effective targeting strategies for our campaigns.
• Develop, Implement, Monitor, and Optimise campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ensure that campaigns are targeted effectively to reach the right audience, and manage ad spend to maximise ROI.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency across all campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices and utilise this knowledge to continuously improve campaigns.
• Participate in new business proposals / pitches with strong data-backed strategies and plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any related field.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 4 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing is preferable.
• Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Meda Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Ad Network.
• Highly analytical with strong data analysis skills, able to interpret campaign metrics and adjust accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Have a basic understanding of Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Being able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Data Studio would be a plus.
