Qualifications

• Min 4 years working experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in managing in-house performance marketing.
• Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and Ad Networks.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret metrics.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
• Up-to-date with online marketing trends and measurement.
• Experience generating reports with Google Data Studio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse data to identify effective targeting strategies.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and optimise campaigns across platforms.
• Manage ad spend to maximise ROI and ensure proper reach.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing team for consistency across campaigns.
• Stay updated with performance marketing trends and best practices.
• Contribute to new business proposals with data-backed strategies.
