Job summary

PRIME BPO is hiring a Retention Officer for the Final Expense Campaign. This full-time, on-site role is based in Rawalpindi and operates during the night shift.

You will handle retention calls, identify at-risk clients, apply objection-handling and closing techniques, and work to maximize policy persistency while meeting targets.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of Final Expense campaign experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a Final Expense campaign.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to retain customers and perform under pressure.
• Regular Students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound retention calls for Final Expense policyholders.
• Identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies to prevent lapses.
• Build relationships with policyholders through empathy and active listening.
