PRIME BPO is seeking detail-oriented Retention Officers to join our Final Expense Campaign in Rawalpindi. This on-site, night-shift role demands excellent communication, empathy, and a proven ability to retain customers.

• Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
