Job summary

Primops is seeking a Phone Screening Agent to work remotely from home. You will review candidate lists, make calls, and ask basic fit and interest questions, guiding candidates toward the right next step. You’ll book recruiter interviews and maintain clear notes so candidates don’t repeat answers.

A team lead provides guidance and screening rules throughout the process. The role is fully remote with a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English; calls with US teams.
• Stable internet, computer, mobile, and power.
• No recruiting experience required; related phone support acceptable.
• Calm, friendly phone voice; explain questions clearly.
• Willingness to learn ATS, phone, and scheduling tools.
• Care when entering answers and sharing notes with team lead.

Responsibilities

• Review screening questions before calling using candidate lists in ATS.
• Call applicants using Aircall; introduce yourself and purpose of call.
• Ask about interest, availability, quiet workspace, and English proficiency; record answers clearly.
• Explain next steps; send additional questions to recruiter.
• Label candidates as ready, not ready, or not a fit; explain next steps politely.
• Book recruiter interviews via Google Calendar; confirm date/time.
• Send interview reminders; reschedule on request.
• Update ATS entries after every call with results and next actions.
• Share completed screening notes with recruiter before interviews.
• Keep candidate entries tidy and private; flag unclear answers.
• Meet quality standards with accurate notes, polite calls, and timely follow-up.
