Qualifications

• English: professional spoken and written; calls with US teams.
• Requires computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required; related phone, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain one step at a time.
• Willingness to learn Greenhouse, Dialpad, and Google Calendar.
• Ability to follow basic screening questions and avoid personal assumptions.
• Careful data entry into shared systems with candidate privacy in mind.
• Active listening, verify unclear answers, and ask for guidance when needed.
• Fully remote role with work-from-home setup and phone support for candidates.
• Structured onboarding and practical tasks for tools.
• Regular check-ins to review questions, call quality, and next steps.
• Growth opportunities within the team as you build screening and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Review the approved basic fit questions before calling.
• Call applicants and explain the reason for calling.
• Ask approved questions about interest, availability, quiet workspace, and spoken English.
• Explain what happens after screening and escalate unclear questions.
• Mark each applicant as ready for next steps, not now, or not a fit.
• Arrange recruiter interviews through scheduling tools and calendars.
• Confirm the date and time of interviews.
• Send a short interview reminder and reschedule missed interviews.
• Update candidate notes and share screening notes with the recruiter.
• Keep candidate entries clear and private; flag duplicates or withdrawals.
• Quality is judged by notes, polite calls, correct bookings, and prompt follow-up.
