Job summary

Primops is seeking a Recruitment Caller for a fully remote role. You will contact candidates, explain open roles, and coordinate interview bookings, using Lever, JustCall, and Calendly.

The base salary is monthly with bonus opportunities, and you collaborate with recruiters to build qualified shortlists. Responsibilities include calling candidates, assessing interest, and maintaining clear notes and calendar updates.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English for US-based calls.
• Must have a computer, phone, stable internet and power.
• No recruiting experience required; related admin or scheduling experience preferred.
• Calm, friendly phone voice and ability to explain processes clearly.
• Willingness to learn candidate tracking, calling, and scheduling tools.
• Understand recruitment process: screening, shortlists, interviews.
• Write concise call notes and separate candidate answers from questions.
• Care with names, dates, and calendar entries; share updates accurately.
• Fully remote role with home-based support via calls and messages.
• Structured onboarding and training on tools and process.

Responsibilities

• Find candidates through job boards, networks, and ATS (Lever).
• Call applicants and introduce yourself using a business phone system (JustCall).
• Explain the role using recruiter notes; screen interest and fit.
• Build shortlist and share with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Keep candidates informed with calls and messages; follow up.
• Book recruiter interviews using Calendly; confirm details.
• Send reminders and arrange new bookings after missed interviews.
• Answer process questions using approved info; escalate when needed.
• Update candidate notes after each conversation with privacy in mind.
• Share daily call counts and bookings with recruiters.
• Meet quality standards with accurate notes and steady activity.
