Responsibilities

• Open assigned lead lists in a CRM and plan steady daily calling.
• Call leads using a business phone system and introduce yourself politely.
• Ask questions to understand needs and determine if a sales conversation is useful.
• Explain the offer using approved notes and determine understanding.
• Note reasons and schedule a welcome callback when leads say no or need more time.
• Pass interested leads to the sales team with clear notes and arrange calls in Outlook.
• Record call outcomes, comments, and next steps accurately.
• Share daily call counts and next steps with the team lead and apply feedback.
