Qualifications

• Professional spoken and written English; calls are with teams in the United States.
• Comfortable with a phone-centric screening process and clear, polite communication.
• Willingness to learn and use screening, scheduling, and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Ask basic screening questions about interest, availability, a quiet workspace, and spoken English.
• Prepare candidate lists in an applicant tracking system.
• Call applicants, introduce yourself, and explain the purpose of the call.
• Listen carefully, note answers, and explain next steps using approved information.
• Apply screening rules and mark candidates for next steps or rejection.
• Book recruiter interviews using Calendly and confirm details.
• Send reminders and arrange rescheduled interviews when needed.
• Record call results and share notes with recruiters.
