The role includes a monthly base pay with bonus opportunities and supports work from home with standard interview scheduling duties. Responsibilities include using Lever, Dialpad, and Google Calendar to manage calls, maintain accurate records, and provide useful notes for recruiters.

Qualifications

• Proficient spoken and written English; calls are with US teams.
• A computer, mobile phone, stable internet, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required; related phone interviewing or customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Open candidate lists in an ATS; review the interview guide.
• Call applicants via a phone system; introduce yourself and purpose.
• Conduct short, structured interviews; check interest and availability; assess English.
• Record answers and scores; tie each score to the candidate’s answer.
• Explain next steps; categorize candidates by readiness per rules.
• Schedule recruiter interviews; confirm date/time clearly.
• Send interview reminders; follow up on missed interviews.
• Update ATS after each call with results, scores, and next actions.
• Share completed notes with recruiters before meetings; highlight unclear answers.
• Answer routine questions with approved info; refer complex queries to team lead.
• Meet quality standards with polite calls, accurate bookings, and prompt follow-up.
• Participate in onboarding and training for Lever, Dialpad, and Google Calendar.
