Qualifications

• English fluency for US-based calls.
• Computer, mobile, stable internet, power.
• No recruiting experience required; related support roles ok.
• Calm, friendly phone voice.
• Willing to learn ATS, phone, scheduling tools.
• Understand how outreach connects applications, calls, reminders.
• Care with call notes, dates, times.
• Listen, write short messages, ask for guidance.
• Remote work from home with candidate support by phone.
• Onboarding on Workable, Aircall, Google Calendar.
• Regular check-ins with team lead.
• Growth opportunities in candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned candidate lists in an ATS like Workable.
• Call candidates via business phone or dialer like Aircall; introduce yourself.
• Explain role points and capture candidate interest and availability.
• Maintain regular contact and follow up on next steps.
• Book recruiter interviews using Google Calendar; sync calendars.
• Send interview reminders and verify booking details.
• Answer basic questions using approved information.
• Update ATS after each call with results and notes.
• Mark wrong numbers and duplicates; protect candidate privacy.
• Share daily call counts and booked interviews with the team.
