Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English for US-based calls.
• Own computer, mobile, stable internet, and power.
• No recruiting experience required; scheduling/customer service is a plus.
• Calm, clear speaking voice and ability to explain steps without rushing candidates.
• Willingness to learn Lever, Dialpad, and Calendly through guided practice.

Responsibilities

• Review screening questions and open candidate lists in Lever.
• Call applicants via Dialpad; introduce yourself and assess speaking ability.
• Ask approved questions about interest, availability, quiet workspace, and English.
• Explain next steps using recruiter guidance; refer outside guidance to recruiter.
• Mark applicants as ready for next step, not now, or not a fit per rules.
• Book ready applicants with recruiters using Calendly; confirm interview date/time.
• Send interview reminders with joining instructions and reschedule as needed.
• Update ATS with call notes, results, and next steps.
• Share completed screening notes with the recruiter before the interview.
• Keep candidate entries accurate and private; mark duplicates or withdrawals.
• Meet quality standards and use feedback to improve future calls.
