Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead to build and run the operational engine behind its healthcare wellness services. This hands-on role collaborates with leadership to manage workflows across physician partners, staff, patients, dietitians, and support teams.

You will drive onboarding, patient engagement, provider coordination, documentation, and revenue operations, while designing SOPs and automation to scale operations.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations or related field.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes, not just tasks.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination and documentation workflows.
• Ability to identify problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, dashboards, or operational systems.
• Attention to detail with patient information and billing data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort with learning unfamiliar tools and processes.

Mansioni

• Own onboarding from agreement through launch, including referrals, scheduling, documentation, and billing workflows.
• Serve as operational point of contact for physician partners and practice staff.
• Oversee the patient journey from referral through outreach, scheduling, first appointment, and ongoing engagement.
• Monitor cancellations, no-shows, scheduling delays, and patient drop-off points; implement workflows to improve conversion.
• Coordinate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and support staff to maintain capacity and coverage.
• Monitor scheduling, patient assignments, and adherence to documentation expectations.
• Monitor documentation and billing information flow; investigate issues delaying billing or revenue.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and accountability.
• Build SOPs, trackers, dashboards, templates, checklists, and standardized workflows.
• Track core operational KPIs and provide leadership with concise performance reporting.
