Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead to build, run, and continually improve the operational engine behind our wellness-support platform. This is a highly hands-on role in a growing healthcare business where processes are evolving and scale matters.

You will own onboarding, scheduling, documentation, billing workflows, and KPI reporting across physician partners, staff, and patients, while leveraging automation to reduce repetitive work and boost reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare operations or related field.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling and provider coordination.
• Ability to investigate root causes and implement solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new practices from agreement to launch, including referral, scheduling, communication, documentation, and billing-related workflows.
• Serve as a key operational point of contact for physician partners and practice staff, ensuring requests, concerns, and follow-ups are addressed promptly.
• Oversee the patient journey from referral through outreach, scheduling, first appointment, and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate operationally with dietitians, exercise professionals, and support staff to maintain availability and coverage.
• Monitor the timely completion and flow of documentation and billing-related information between providers, Pillar, and partner practices.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and accountability.
• Track core operational KPIs across referrals, scheduling, patient engagement, provider utilization, documentation, service delivery, and partner performance.
• Evaluate and implement tools that simplify operations, reduce administrative workload, and improve visibility across the business.
• Translate leadership priorities and ideas into clear operational plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
