Qualifications

• No experience required; related customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn the service, follow approved call outlines, and ask for help when unclear.
• Ability to write clear call notes with concise details.
• Quiet home workspace suitable for calls.

Responsibilities

• Review customer follow-up lists and waiting calls in a CRM like HubSpot and prioritize unanswered concerns.
• Answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls using a business phone system such as Aircall.
• Listen to concerns before answering and ask short questions to gather missing details.
• Use approved notes to explain services and next steps; give one clear instruction at a time.
• Resolve simple problems during calls when possible and confirm resolution with the customer.
• Stay calm and respectful even if customers are upset or rushed.
• Add notes after every call to document questions, answers, and next actions.
• Send unresolved questions to the team lead with a summary and follow up with waiting customers.
• Mark wrong numbers or duplicate entries and keep records accurate.
• Share daily call counts and recurring questions with the team; use feedback to improve.
• Meet quality standards with accurate notes, polite calls, quick follow-up, and complete records.
