Qualifications

• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with leads in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No experience required. Phone, customer contact, or campaign calling experience is preferred, but beginners can learn the work.
• Willingness to follow a call outline, learn the offer, and use only approved explanations when answering questions.
• Comfort learning the shared tools used to review lead details, place calls, and arrange requested conversations.

Responsibilities

• Keep daily calling activity moving by reviewing assigned campaign lists and planning the order of calls before starting conversations.
• Open lead details in a CRM such as HubSpot, a system that stores lead information and previous call notes.
• Call leads through a business phone system such as Aircall, a tool for making calls and tracking call results.
• Introduce yourself clearly, explain the reason for calling, and use approved notes to describe the offer without promising results.
• Ask short questions about needs and interest. Check whether each lead is ready to speak with the sales team.
• Respond politely when someone declines or asks for more time. Note the reason and any welcome callback request.
• Pass interested leads to the sales team with a short summary of their needs, questions, and agreed next steps.
• Arrange requested calls using a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar, a tool for checking availability and booking conversations.
• Record every call result, comment, and next step. Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and requests for no further calls.
• Return requested calls, share daily call counts and interested leads, and practice approved call outlines during coaching sessions.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite conversations, correct transfers to the sales team, and steady daily call activity.
