Primops in Pakistan is hiring an Outbound Call Representative to connect with US leads from a fully remote home office. You will follow a defined call outline, explain the offer, and log results in the CRM.

The role includes daily call activity, note taking, and smooth transfer of interested leads to the sales team using scheduling tools. The position requires clear English communication, reliability for a remote setup, and familiarity with Pipedrive, Dialpad, and Calendly.

Qualifications

• Proficient spoken and written English for US leads.
• Willingness to follow a call outline and maintain respectful conversations.
• Strong internet access and a quiet, reliable workspace.
• Experience with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus (Pipedrive, Dialpad, Calendly).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned lists and introduce yourself.
• Use CRM (Pipedrive) to manage leads and check notes.
• Ask short questions to gauge interest and determine if a sales conversation is appropriate.
• Explain the offer using approved notes in simple language.
• Politely handle refusals and schedule next steps.
• Transfer interested leads to the sales team with a short summary via Calendly.
• Return follow-up calls and reference prior notes.
• Record call results, comments, and next actions; mark incorrect numbers or opt-outs.
• Share daily call counts with the team lead and apply coaching feedback.
• Maintain quality standards and steady daily call activity.
