Qualifications

• Professional spoken and written English required for US leads.
• Stable internet and power supply for remote work.
• No experience required; beginners welcome.
• Ability to follow a call outline while sounding natural.
• Willingness to use CRM and scheduling tools for lead tracking.
• Careful recording of call results for team handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady flow of outgoing calls from the assigned list.
• Use CRM (HubSpot) to plan call order and store lead details.
• Dial via Dialpad and introduce yourself with purpose.
• Ask brief questions to gauge interest.
• Explain offers using approved notes; avoid promises.
• Accept refusals politely and respect opt-outs.
• Pass interested leads to sales with a clear summary.
• Schedule conversations using Google Calendar.
• Return calls for follow-up conversations.
• Record call outcomes and next actions clearly.
• Mark wrong numbers and duplicates to keep list clean.
• Share daily call counts and feedback with team.
• Maintain quality standards through accurate notes and polite calls.
