• Send reminders before interviews with correct calendar details and next steps.
• Call candidates after missed interviews and reschedule as needed; update recruiters.
• Record each call and booking in the tracker; flag invalid entries.
• Share confirmed bookings and notes with recruiters; avoid unauthorized questions.
