Responsibilities

• Start by comparing candidate lists with recruiters' available interview times using the ATS.
• Call candidates and explain you are arranging their recruiter interview.
• Ask about interest and availability; note answers and explain next steps.
• Offer interview options using a scheduling tool and book without clashes.
• Repeat date, time, and joining instructions; confirm understanding.
• Send interview reminders with clear booking details.
• Call candidates after missed interviews and reschedule as needed.
• Record call results and bookings; flag incorrect numbers and keep data private.
• Pass booked interviews and notes to recruiters; escalate questions to the team lead.
• Share daily booking counts and unresolved scheduling changes with the team.
• Check work against quality standards and correct errors before passing onward.
