Job summary

Softpers (Pvt.) Ltd., a Lahore-based software development agency serving international clients across FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech and more, is looking for a Performance Marketing Resource to join our growing team.

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate quality leads and improve ROAS; you will conduct keyword research, track conversions, coordinate with design, and report performance with insights.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
• Experience in a Software Development/IT company is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics: budgets, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data and objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions.
• Track leads and reporting; provide weekly/monthly insights.
