Softpers (Pvt.) Ltd., a Lahore-based software development agency serving international clients across FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech and more, is looking for a Performance Marketing Resource to join our growing team.

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate quality leads and improve ROAS; you will conduct keyword research, track conversions, coordinate with design, and report performance with insights.

Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
Experience in a Software Development/IT company is mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and pixels.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor performance metrics: budgets, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and objectives.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Resource with hands‑on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions.
Track leads and campaign results through proper reporting.
Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
