Emplois Career is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert in Lahore to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You will handle Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing, driving ROAS and lead quality.

The role requires hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel, alongside strong analytical and reporting skills. Collaboration with creative and web teams is essential to improve conversions and budget efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in GA4 and GTM for measurement.
• Experience with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Solid understanding of PPC, bidding, audience targeting, remarketing, and CRO.
• Knowledge of keyword research, campaign structuring, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and generate quality leads and conversions.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and web development teams to improve conversion rates.
• Manage advertising budgets while achieving campaign performance targets.
