Job summary

Datum Labs in Lahore is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience to plan and run campaigns on Google and Meta, set up clean conversion tracking, and report on what truly works. You will monitor budgets, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, optimize campaigns, and maintain a change log.

Proficiency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager is essential, as is on-site work at our Johar Town office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on paid advertising experience.
• At least 1 year on Google Ads.
• Experience with Meta Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Track budgets, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates; flag unusual spend.
• Write and test ad copy, headlines and descriptions.
• Set up conversion tracking in GA4/GTM and verify tags (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and identify optimization opportunities.
