Job summary

Datum Labs in Lahore is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience to run our marketing engine. You'll plan and run campaigns on Google and Meta, set up clean conversion tracking, and report on what is actually working.

We're a data company, so accuracy and traceability matter. On-site role at our office in Johar Town, Lahore, with opportunities to contribute to performance optimization, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience, including at least 1 year on Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking.
• Comfort with performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
• Based in Lahore and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Set up and verify GA4/GTMs conversion tracking.
• Track budgets, CPC, CPA, ROAS; monitor and flag anomalies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain change logs of important campaign updates.
