Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish.
• Highly analytical, with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates continuously and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign data and provide detailed performance reports to the Marketing Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.
