W3 Solutionz in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive B2B lead generation through paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and related platforms. The role emphasizes measuring how ads contribute to qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue growth.

You will develop strategies for Pakistan, UAE, GCC and international markets, plan and optimize campaigns, conduct research, build campaign structures, and coordinate with design and content teams to produce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• LinkedIn Ads experience highly preferred.
• Experience generating leads through paid advertising.
• Good understanding of B2B marketing and longer sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize based on evidence.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio/examples of campaigns managed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Pakistan, UAE, GCC, and international markets.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
• Create campaign structures based on services, industries, countries, and target customer groups.
• Develop advertising copy, campaign messages, calls to action, and creative briefs.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content team members to produce campaign creatives.
• Build and manage retargeting campaigns.
