• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is essential.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition funnels and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to meet targets.
• Monitor CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Manage budgets and optimize ad spend at channel level.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.

Job Description

We are looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving measurable customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency through data-driven performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, conversion optimization, analytics, and growth experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant paid channels.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
• Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and LTV.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign targeting.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad spend and channel-level performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and messaging.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition funnels.
• Analyze customer journeys and identify drop-off points across the marketing funnel.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
• Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and make recommendations to management.
• Conduct growth experiments and continuously test new acquisition channels and strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Content, and Business teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, platform changes, tracking technologies, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition and digital marketing funnels.
• Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance targets.

Preferred / Nice To Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO.
• Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
