Job summary

HexaClicks is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert in Lahore to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, driving ROAS and lead generation.

You will analyze data in GA4/GTM, refine bidding strategies, and collaborate with creative and web teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates. Immediate joiners preferred; US-based client experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Experience handling lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Remarketing) and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword and audience research.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and web teams to improve landing page conversion rates.
• Perform competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage campaign budgets while achieving lead generation and revenue targets.
