Job summary

SOCGuardians Ltd in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage client campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

You will design strategies, set budgets, monitor KPIs like ROAS and CPA, conduct A/B tests, and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to drive results across UK/US campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Experience with Meta Pixel & Conversion API.
• Knowledge of Google Merchant Center (if eCommerce).
• Experience managing UK/US campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead campaigns independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing strategies for clients.

• Create and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
• Plan campaign structures and budgets.

• Set up and optimize Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Conversion API.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
• Optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and account managers.
