Job summary

Sage Freight, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Operations Coordinator to manage load building in the TMS, coordinate initial appointment requests with shippers and receivers, and follow up on pending appointments. Ideal candidates will have freight/logistics exposure, strong English communication, and proficiency with TMS/CRM tools, delivering precise data entry and efficient day-to-day

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, or customer operations preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. domestic freight operations and terminology is a plus.
• Experience with a TMS, CRM, or other logistics platforms preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must work onsite at Divine Gardens, Lahore office.

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day processing of building loads into the TMS by following the tenders.
• COP will be sending Initial appointment requests to shippers and receivers.
• Responsible for ensuring the follow up on pending appointments.
• Promote a positive work environment by respecting and supporting colleagues.
• Keep the address book in the TMS updated with contact information, hours of operation and facility notes.
• Comply fully with SOPs and processes.
