• Strong verbal and written communication skills for regular driver and customer coordination.
• Ability to schedule pickups and deliveries, track shipment progress, and manage changing priorities.
• Good knowledge of route planning, dispatch records, proof-of-delivery documentation, and operational follow-up.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, messaging tools, and transportation or dispatch management systems.
• Strong attention to detail when entering data, updating statuses, and reviewing schedules.
• Ability to identify delays, communicate exceptions, and elevate issues using sound judgment.
• Reliable teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily truck assignments, driver availability, pickup and delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipments and vehicle progress, maintaining accurate dispatch and status records.
