Job summary

DigiHyre is seeking a diligent Sales Coordinator in Lahore to manage end-to-end orders, liaise with the factory, logistics and accounts teams, and ensure on-time dispatch. The role requires strong organization, customer interaction, and coordination across multiple internal and external teams.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in sales operations, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word. Onsite role with regular business hours in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or sales operations, order processing or customer management.
• Manufacturing or FMCG background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive sales orders from customers and directors and record them accurately.
• Coordinate with customers to answer queries and confirm orders; keep factory, logistics and accounts aligned on every order.
• Prepare sales orders in coordination with customers and directors; revise orders for dispatch discrepancies or customer requests; maintain complete documentation.
