Job summary

Express Dispatch Services is hiring a Truck Dispatcher to coordinate truckload freight and support dispatch operations in Lahore, Pakistan. This is a full-time, on-site role with a morning shift (5 PM–2 AM).

You will manage dispatching, load planning, routing, and broker/carrier communication to ensure timely deliveries. Applicants should have experience in truckload freight or transportation logistics, negotiate rates, use load boards and a transportation management system, and maintain

• Knowledge of load booking, rate negotiation, broker communication.
• Clear professional spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck dispatching, load planning, and routing.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and coordinate with brokers.
• Match loads with equipment, routes, driver availability, and delivery windows.
• Communicate with brokers, drivers, and carrier clients.
• Handle rate confirmations, Bills of Lading, load details, and status updates.
• Use computers, spreadsheets, email, and TMS.
• Prioritize active loads and provide shift coverage.
