Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, people-management, and leadership skills.
• A coachable mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Dispatchers and SDRs to drive strong performance and growth through coaching and regular feedback.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of SDRs, identifying staffing needs and attracting and selecting the right talent.
• Foster a positive and accountable culture built on collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and address shared priorities effectively.
• Identify areas for improvement, prioritize key initiatives, and implement them to enhance team efficiency.
