Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a Specialist - Employee Experience & Onboarding in Human Resources. The role centers on shaping a smooth onboarding journey for newly hired employees, coordinating the end-to-end process, and ensuring alignment with organizational culture and policies.

The incumbent will conduct orientation sessions, manage joining documentation, collaborate with HR, IT and Administration, and maintain accurate onboarding records to support a compliant and engaging employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 04 years of relevant experience with Bachelors OR minimum 03 years of relevant experience with Masters
• Experience in HR onboarding or employee experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new employees.
• Conduct orientation sessions and ensure completion of joining documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Administration, and relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and employee documentation.
