Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration is required.
• 4-6 years of HR Executive/Generalist experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and offboarding activities within the group.
• Mentor new hires and assign buddy/mentorship.
• Review monthly Joiners & Leavers reports and dashboards.
• Monitor turnover of new joiners and leavers.
• Ensure timely cancellation of access, asset handover and EOS payout.
