Qualifications

• 4–5 years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong background in B2C and e-commerce marketing.
• Expertise in scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
• Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking and performance analytics.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with solid analytical skills.
• Experience in retail, consumer electronics or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and refine Meta Ads campaigns.
• Increase ROAS, lower CAC and CPA, and improve conversion rates.
• Oversee ad budgets, audience targeting and creative A/B tests.
• Analyse campaign data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Work closely with creative and e-commerce teams to boost online sales.
• Track performance metrics and produce regular reports.
