Job summary

Cogent Labs is hiring a Performance Marketer for its Lahore office. The role executes growth marketing campaigns across Meta and Google, builds landing pages, manages marketing automation, and maintains the CRM under direction from the Head of Growth.

You’ll work hands-on with the marketing tech stack, optimize campaigns for lead quality, and provide feedback to the content team on creative effectiveness. This is an on-site position requiring strong technical marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid advertising experience with Meta and Google, 1+ year.
• Happy managing $5k+ monthly ad spend with lead-generation results.
• Strong platform proficiency and troubleshooting independence.
• Ability to read data and optimize campaigns for ROAS.
• Experience building landing pages and marketing automation.
• CRM data management and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• CampaignSetup&Launch: Build campaigns, upload creatives, configure tracking, and launch on schedule.
• CampaignOptimization: Monitor, adjust budgets and targeting, run A/B tests.
• LandingPageBuilding: Create mobile-friendly landing pages with page builders.
• LandingPageOptimization: Test headlines, copy, layout, and CTAs for conversion.
• MarketingAutomationManagement: Build email sequences and multi-channel campaigns.
• CRMManagement: Maintain clean CRM data and pipelines; integrate tools.
• CreativeFeedback&Collaboration: Provide actionable feedback on creatives before launch.
• PerformanceTracking&Reporting: Track metrics and share weekly performance.
• Tool&PlatformMastery: Master stack; stay updated with platform changes.
• BudgetManagement: Monitor spend and reallocate to top performers.
