Job summary

Abendsoft Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead paid advertising across Google, Meta, and TikTok. You will drive customer acquisition, profitability, and scalable growth for multiple international e-commerce and D2C brands from our Lahore office.

The role requires strong analytics, deep knowledge of paid search, shopping, paid social, and audience targeting, with experience handling large budgets and data-driven decision making to maximize ROAS and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on performance marketing or digital ads.
• Proven experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Experience managing large budgets (£100k+ monthly) across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and GA4 tagging.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and profitability.
• Develop paid social strategies for multi-brand e-commerce.
• Scale profitable campaigns while controlling budgets.
• Analyse daily performance, identify trends, and implement optimisations.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams on assets.
