Job summary

Level 3 BOS in Karachi is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive e-commerce growth and performance marketing. You will manage data-driven strategies, optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, and focus on revenue, CAC, ROAS, and profitability.

The role requires strong P&L, SEO, analytics, and leadership skills, with a track record of online revenue growth and team mentorship. A collaborative environment and global digital exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, E-commerce Manager, or Performance Marketing Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience with US e-commerce and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of P&L, profitability, ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, and conversion optimization.
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and retargeting.
• Strong e-commerce SEO and analytics experience.
• Proven track record of driving online revenue and profitable growth.
• Strong analytical, communication, copywriting, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing and e-commerce growth strategies.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Drive revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Manage e-commerce P&L, budgets, ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, margins, and profitability
• Lead end-to-end SEO, including technical, on-page, off-page, keyword research, and e-commerce SEO.
• Optimize the customer journey, landing pages, product pages, checkout funnel, and conversion rates.
• Analyze channel, product, and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage promotional, seasonal, prospecting, retargeting, Shopping, Performance Max, and catalog campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with marketing, creative, content, sales, and e-commerce teams.
• Present performance reports, business insights, and growth recommendations to senior management.
