The ideal candidate will manage Meta campaigns end-to-end, optimize funnel performance, and work with Pixel, Conversions API, and catalog campaigns to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
• Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, objectives, events, audiences, retargeting and budgets.
• Ability to optimize towards purchases, revenue and ROAS.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, catalog campaigns and tracking.
• Competent in audience research, competitor analysis, creative testing, ad copy evaluation and offer testing.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards and analytics tools to interpret data.
• Strong attention to detail in campaign setup, naming and reporting.
• Clear written communication and ability to work independently in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for ecommerce.
• Build campaign structures, audiences, retargeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion objectives.
• Review metrics like spend, impressions, CTR, CPA, CR, revenue, and ROAS.
• Coordinate with creative and ecommerce teams to refresh ad concepts and messaging.
• Identify tracking, attribution, feed, and landing-page issues affecting performance.
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommend actions based on results.
