Grow Higher Marketing And Consulting Ltd in Lahore is seeking a motivated Media Buying Assistant to join its growth-focused team. You will assist in setting up campaigns, monitor performance, and support optimization across Meta and Google Ads.

Under senior guidance, you will track budgets, test creatives, refine audiences and ensure accurate reporting. This role emphasizes SOP-driven workflows, data accuracy and hands-on campaign experience from day one.

Formación

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of campaign structure, targeting, creatives and analysis.
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with numbers and performance metrics.
• Basic backend and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and precisely.
• Good discipline in repetitive optimization work.
• All work managed through structured Operations.
• No direct client communication unless authorized.
• All tasks managed and tracked through ClickUp.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setting up campaigns, ad sets, ads, tracking and inputs across Meta & Google.
• Monitor daily performance, metrics, delivery results, spends and results to keep campaigns on track.
• Support budget updates, creative testing, audience changes and basic optimizations under senior guidance.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and maintain clean data pipelines & automations.
• Verify tracking events, UTMs, landing pages and conversion pixels before and after launches.
• Update tasks, comments and statuses in ClickUp; follow SOPs and team workflows.
